I grew up programming in Kyiv — spent my school years at the Technical Lyceum of Kyiv, a specialized programming school, and graduated #1 in my year with the highest average grade of all graduates. Delivered first client projects as a freelancer while studying Computer Science at Taras Shevchenko National University. By 2015 I was writing production Java and Spring for a real-time video streaming platform, serving iOS, Android, and Web clients from a single API.
At 23 I became CTO and co-founding operator of Limestone Digital — and built the entire delivery organization from nothing: engineering teams, processes, client relationships, and culture. In 2.5 years, the company grew to 50+ developers across multiple stacks. Clients included SwissTiming — where we built real-time broadcast statistics and player tracking systems used in live Olympic TV coverage — and the Olympic Games directly, where we delivered the Ceremonies Management System: a product that automated winner ceremony scheduling and sequencing, replacing a previously manual and error-prone process, first deployed at the Games. Also delivered for enterprise clients like Stora Enso, Škoda, and FinTech firms in Frankfurt.
I moved into enterprise financial programs at EPAM Systems — leading distributed teams across New York, Tel Aviv, Kyiv, and Singapore delivering data platforms for Refinitiv (now LSEG) and S&P Global Market Intelligence. At S&P Global I inherited a formally red-status program and returned it to green within a single 90-day release cycle, preserving the client relationship and retaining the revenue.
Most recently I led R&D operations and program delivery at Wix Payments (NASDAQ: WIX) — owning a portfolio spanning merchant onboarding across Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, and Pagarme through to processing, checkout, compliance, and agentic commerce. As a named CLA signatory to the Agentic Commerce Protocol — an open standard co-governed by OpenAI and Stripe — I worked on how AI agents will transact commercially in the next generation of the web.
That work pointed me to where I'm focused now: AI-native operations — turning the manual, repetitive grind of R&D and delivery into automated workflows that run themselves. It's the natural next step after a decade spent making delivery faster and more reliable; now the leverage comes from AI doing the work itself, not just better process around it.
Based in Málaga, Spain, remote-native since 2019, and fluent in Ukrainian, English, Spanish, and Russian. I'm selectively open to consulting and advisory engagements — particularly where organizations want to bring AI-native ways of working into delivery, operations, or a complex FinTech program.
